The Finance leader will lead the entire Finance function for Additives business vertical for IMEA region, acting as a strategic partner to the Vice President Additives IMEA and other leadership team. This role is responsible for financial stewardship, driving profitable growth, ensuring compliance, and enabling operational excellence through robust financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Partner with leadership on growth initiatives, capital allocation and M&A opportunities (if any).
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead budgeting, forecasting, AOP and STRAP planning.
Provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cash flow.
Accounting & Compliance
Ensure timely & accurate financial reporting in compliance with local, US GAAP & other statutory requirements.
Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and risk management.
Treasury & Cash Management
Optimize working capital, liquidity, and banking relationships.
Drive cash flow forecasting and capital investment decisions.
Taxation & Regulatory
Manage direct and indirect tax matters, including litigation.
Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
Technology & Process Optimization
Champion finance transformation, automation, and ERP enhancements (e.g., SAP).
Leverage analytics and AI for predictive insights and operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with global stakeholders, board members, auditors, and regulators.
Communicate financial performance and strategy effectively.

Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, build culture of growth mindset, and excellence.

Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance.
12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including P&L ownership.
Proven track record in FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance.
Experience in manufacturing or similar industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
