Key Responsibili?es:
a. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
? Prepare budgets and forecasts that show expected revenue, expenses, and cash flow for all
local/foreign branches/related en??es.
? Track actual performance against the budget and explain any differences.
? Share regular reports with management that highlight key business metrics like revenue growth,
profitability, and cost trends.
? Work with different teams (sales, opera?ons, technology) to understand their plans and include them
in financial forecasts.
b. Financial Control & Repor?ng
? Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with the relevant
Accoun?ng Standards for all local/foreign branches/related en??es.
? Implement robust internal controls to safeguard sensi?ve financial data for all local/foreign
branches/related en??es.
? Oversee MIS, dashboards and repor?ng.
c. Compliance, Audit & Risk Management
? Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for all local/foreign branches/related en??es
(Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, RBI etc. as applicable).
? Manage internal/external audits.
d. Treasury & Cash Flow Management
? Oversee cash flow planning, working capital op?miza?on, and vendor/client payment cycles.
? Manage banking, foreign remi?ances, and FEMA/RBI compliance (important for export of IT
services).
? Support future fundraising, investor due diligence, and capital alloca?on.
? Manage customer billing and collec?ons by ensuring accurate invoices, ?mely follow-ups, and
compliance with GST and cross-border regula?ons.
e. Legal & Contract Management
? Review client and vendor contracts from a financial and compliance perspec?ve.
? Ensure contracts include proper terms for payment, taxa?on, penal?es, and risk protec?on.
? Support nego?a?ons with clients, vendors, and investors by providing financial input.
? Maintain proper documenta?on of all financial and commercial agreements.
f. Other Corporate Services & Governance
? Procurement and vendor management by overseeing vendor selec?on, contracts, and ?mely
payments to ensure smooth business opera?ons.
? Manage filing, renewal, and protec?on of company trademarks and intellectual property.
? Handle statutory registra?ons, licenses, and compliance for opening new local/foreign
offices/branches.
? Co-ordina?on with HR team to ensure accurate and ?mely processing of employee payroll in line with
statutory requirements.
? Coordinate and support the performance appraisal and annual increment process with HR.
g. Team Leadership
? Lead and mentor the finance team in areas of accoun?ng, taxa?on, and compliance.
? Build scalable finance processes aligned to a high-growth cybersecurity company.
3. Required Skills & Exper?se:
a. Educa?on: Chartered Accountant (CA).
b. Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience, with at least 4-6 years in a managerial role.
c. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in technology, SaaS, IT services, or cybersecurity is strong.
d. Tools: Strong in MS Office Tools.
e. Communica?on: Clear communicator who can explain financial ma?ers to both finance and non-finance
teams.
