Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements such as P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts; monitor actual performance against budget.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
Support tax planning and ensure timely compliance with tax regulations.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Support the implementation of financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
