: Senior Finance Executive

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to manage the company's end-to-end financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of accounting software, taxation, and audit processes, along with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities in Tally Prime.
Prepare and file TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and PT challans and returns.
Handle invoice management, vendor payments, and expense accounting.
Conduct bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations regularly.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reporting.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow analysis.
Ensure timely statutory filings and coordinate with CA firms for audits.
Support budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.
Maintain proper documentation for all financial and compliance activities.
Skills Required
Accounting & Technical Skills
Strong command over Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Dashboards).
Knowledge of accounting principles (IND-AS) and double-entry bookkeeping.
Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliance.
Familiarity with ROC filings, Form 16A generation, and statutory audits.
Experience in bank reconciliation, depreciation calculations, and provision entries.
Ability to prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet independently.
Experience in expense management systems and ERP tools is a plus.
Analytical & Operational Skills
Strong analytical mindset for data interpretation and financial trend analysis.
Ability to prepare detailed MIS reports, financial dashboards, and summaries for management.
Excellent problem-solving and numerical accuracy.
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization techniques.
Soft Skills & Work Habits
High attention to detail and process orientation.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external auditors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Integrity, confidentiality, and accountability in handling financial data.
Preferred Qualifications
CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates preferred.
Experience working in a CA firm with exposure to audits and tax filings is highly desirable.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and compliance.
