- Revenue & Accounts

Receivable Executive / Analyst

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Noida

Reporting To: Assistant Finance Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Revenue & AR Executive will manage invoicing, revenue recognition support, receivables
tracking, collections follow-ups, reconciliation, and coordination with customers and internal
teams. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, documentation discipline, and the
ability to independently handle the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Billing

? Prepare customer invoices as per contracts, SoWs, MoUs, and billing milestones.
? Ensure timely revenue recognition with proper documentation.
? Maintain revenue schedules and track unbilled revenue.

Accounts Receivable

? Maintain AR ageing and monitor overdue receivables.
? Follow up with customers/state departments for payment status.
? Record receipts, allocate collections, and resolve reconciling differences.

O2C Coordination

? Work with Delivery, Operations, and PMU teams to verify billing evidence.
? Ensure complete documentation: installation reports, acknowledgments, approvals.
? Support customer queries and dispute resolution.

Reconciliations & MIS

? Perform customer, revenue, and AR reconciliations.
? Prepare DSO, collection forecasts, and AR dashboards.
? Support month-end closing, accruals, and provisions.

Compliance & Audit Support

? Ensure GST/TDS compliance in invoicing.
? Prepare audit schedules and support statutory/internal audits.
? Maintain documentation as per audit and IFC requirements.

Required Skills

? Strong accounting knowledge (O2C, revenue, AR, reconciliations).
? Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
? Working knowledge of Tally, SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or similar systems.
? Good communication and follow-up skills.
? Attention to detail, ownership, and time management.

Qualifications & Experience

? 2-4 years of experience in revenue accounting or AR operations.
? Experience in a CA firm or structured finance environment preferred.
? B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Inter CA.
