Service Delivery


\xc3\x98 Reporting and in-depth analysis of monthly financials (P&L, B/S, Free Cash Flow, etc) to support business reviews.
\xc3\x98 Develop meaningful and insight business metrics and work with business partners assist decision making process
\xc3\x98 Partner with business counter parts in Planning and Estimate processes and perform the actual Vs Plan/Est. variance analysis.
\xc3\x98 Prior direct people management experience would be added advantage
\xc3\x98 Operational expertise in STRAP/AOP/Estimate process.
\xc3\x98 Develop and implement financial trend reports to identify performance issues within the business and risks or opportunities in current financial Plan / Estimate.
\xc3\x98 Provide analysis and guidance for the Monthly Operations Reviews.
\xc3\x98 Provide support and analysis for competitor review and economic indicators trends.
\xc3\x98 Partner with SBG/Us & COE Leadership to enhance current process metrics & performance measurement system in line with Honeywell as well as key industry practices.
\xc3\x98 Train new employees and ensure training material/documentation is up to date.



Business Partnering


\xc3\x98 Partner with the business in driving key business goals and initiatives.
\xc3\x98 Develop suggestions for process improvements as needed, to maximize scalability and minimize manual work.
\xc3\x98 Implement process improvement plans by developing tools and other solutions with cross functional teams. \xc3\x98 Partner with business and demonstrate insight of financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts, to provide practical counsel to business counterparts and management in order to drive business results.



Process Efficiency

\xc3\x98 Exposure to Global Customers with ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees/customers and align and integrate with other departments / sites. \xc3\x98 Identifying opportunities for process improvements which include driving efficiencies in the work area to speed up and improve the quality of output. \xc3\x98 Identifying and introducing best practices that add value to the processes. \xc3\x98 Provide reliable and accurate financial reporting that exceeds existing standards and facilitates decision making.


Requirement

Education level and/or relevant experience(s)


\xc3\x98 Finance/ Commerce / equivalent degree with min 6 yrs of relevant experience in FP&A.
\xc3\x98 CA,ICWAI, MBA, CIMA, CFA, CPA or equivalent qualified is an added advantage
\xc3\x98 Excellent analytical, modeling, and technical skills with high attention to detail
\xc3\x98 Must be proficient with Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
\xc3\x98 Expert Knowledge on STRAP/AOP/Estimate process



Knowledge and Skills (general and technical)

\xc3\x98 Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Snowflake, Oracle, Essbase, Business Objects and Hyperion Financial Management and should have flexibility to adapt to different ERPs/Reporting tools. \xc3\x98 Strong business acumen coupled with financial prudence. \xc3\x98 Expert financial analysis skills; ability to think outside of traditional role to evaluate business implications \xc3\x98 Highly self motivated and result oriented attitude. \xc3\x98 Expert in systems with ability to develop complex financial models and reporting packages dealing with large amounts of data. \xc3\x98 Knowledge on VB/ Macros will be an added advantage. \xc3\x98 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, along with superior attention to detail. \xc3\x98 Excellent communication skills (both oral and written); must be able to communicate at all levels of the organization \xc3\x98 Highly collaborative and willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
