Overview T
he Assistant Manager - Finance supports the financial operations ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, budgeting, and effective financial control. This role works closely with sales, supply chain, and marketing to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
2. Budgeting & Forecasting
Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
3. Sales Finance Operations
Verify and process sales incentives, discounts, and schemes.
GST, Taxation & Statutory Requirements
Accounts Receivable Management
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis. Familiarity with pharma sales processes (schemes, incentives, trade terms).
Qualification & Experience o Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter. o Experience: 3-4 years in finance, preferably in pharma sales or FMCG.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,417.74 per month
