Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned

Senior Accounts Head

to lead our finance and accounting function. The role involves managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting while partnering with leadership to drive financial discipline and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end accounting:

GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, inventory & reconciliations

Ensure

monthly, quarterly, and annual closures

within timelines Prepare and review

financial statements and MIS reports

Handle statutory compliances:

GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, PF, ESI

Manage

statutory, internal, and tax audits

Monitor

budgets, cash flows, and working capital

Provide financial insights and variance analysis to management Oversee ERP accounting systems (

SAP Business One preferred

) Drive

process improvements and automation initiatives

Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team

Qualifications & Skills

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

8-12+ years

of relevant accounting and finance experience Strong knowledge of

Indian accounting standards and tax laws

Hands-on experience with

SAP Business One or similar ERP

Proficiency in

MS Excel and reporting tools

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Experience

Industry exposure:

Manufacturing / FMCG / IT / Services

Knowledge of

Ind AS / IFRS

Experience in

automation or shared services environments
