to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial transactions, assist with month-end reporting, and ensure accuracy in accounting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and post journal entries, maintain general ledger accuracy, and ensure proper documentation.
Process supplier invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
Maintain customer accounts, follow up for payments, and prepare ageing reports.
Manage daily bank transactions, bank reconciliation statements, fund transfers, and cash flow tracking.
Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure timely payment of statutory dues.
Support the Accounts Manager in finalisation of accounts.
Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and documentation required for audits.
Ensure accurate recording of inventory and fixed assets.
Work closely with other departments (Sales, Purchase, HR) to ensure smooth financial operations.
Report directly to the Accounts Manager and support in any additional tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles .
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, SAP, or similar).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
