Job Description

You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our location on a Hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Own & deliver P&L responsibilities set by the organization. Onboard new customers in the IB. Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction. Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor and analyze field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 12 years of experience in a leadership role within field service management & retrofit sales. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. Experience in driving process improvements and implementing best practices. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must have strong sales acumen.



Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Customer-focused mindset. Ability to drive change and innovation. Results-oriented approach.
