Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Lead the

end-to-end design process

from concept, sketching, and fabric selection to final production Develop

seasonal collections

for kurtas, kurta sets, dresses, and workwear Create

detailed design sketches, tech packs, and measurements

Coordinate with

merchants, sourcing teams, and vendors

for sampling and bulk production Research

trends, color stories, silhouettes, and fabrics

relevant to the Indian ethnic market Ensure designs align with

costing, price points, and timelines

Review samples and suggest improvements in fit, construction, and detailing Guide and mentor

junior designers

Work closely with

marketing & e-commerce teams

for photoshoots, cataloging, and launches Maintain quality and brand consistency across all collections
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
