Senior Factory Manager - Tea Factory (Specialized in Orthodox Tea)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire tea production process, from raw material intake to finished product
Ensure adherence to production schedules and timelines, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency
Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth, timely production with minimal downtime.
Ensure that all production targets (volume, quality, and timelines) are consistently
Address any quality issues promptly, including conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions. Maintain and improve product quality standards in line with industry regulations and customer specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role, preferably in the tea industry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Orthodox tea processing methods, machinery, and production technology
Familiarity with quality control systems and standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
