Job Description

Facility management: Overseeing all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, reception, cleaning, waste disposal, and security. Tenant satisfaction: Ensuring that tenants are satisfied and that their complaints are recorded and followed up on Compliance: Ensuring that buildings and facilities meet health and safety requirements and government legislation Vendor management: Coordinating with vendors and ensuring that they are trained and developed. Space planning: Coordinating with space planners to ensure smooth moves. Budgeting: Indenting monthly requirements for soft services and ensuring timely billing to tenants Risk assessment: Assessing risks and ensuring compliance. Construction safety: Ensuring construction safety and following safety protocols. Technical support: Providing technical support.
