To design the systems for various elements like Glazing, Cladding, Doors and windows in close coordination with Facade consultant.
Proposal provided by consultants are fine-tuned from value engineering perspective to get optimized aluminum consumptions.
Coordinating and interacting with Architects & Consultants regarding the design submissions along with queries and clarify the same.
To provide optimized Engineering solutions, keeping in view of Best Quality standards, Ease of Construction, within the budget cost norms, Timelines & availability of resources & adhering to statutory norms.
Review of the concept design and the DBR submitted by the consultants and propose various facade elements inline with project requirements.
Proposing Value Engineering options and getting approvals from the Architects and the Consultants to ensure design being done is within target budget.
