• Client is looking for an experienced designer and leader to join the Creative Cloud Desktop team in Noida, India.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
In this role, you will:

• Be a passionate collaborator. Partner with the product and marketing teams to deliver targeted, user-centered, on-brand experiences.
• Ensure test experiences are fully aligned with Client guidelines, user research, and the holistic user journey.
• Collect and act on feedback from fellow designers, cross-functional partners, product developers, research, and users.
• Lead throughout all stages of the design process.
• Execute test experience designs from concept to high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Adobe XD.
• This process includes fleshing out multiple iterations that sequentially build on test findings.
• Be flexible. Is your ideal design process iterative and high velocity? You will work on multiple projects at the same time, with timelines ranging from a few weeks to a few months.
• Approach problems holistically. Understand the demographics, needs, and behaviors of people who use Creative Cloud by exploring our broad range of quantitative and qualitative research.
• Solve for both business and consumer needs.
• Embrace empathy. Above all, serve as an advocate for the individuals who use our apps! Ideate and design with user-centered, research-led approach. Follow through on delivering a high quality experience for your test audience\xe2\x80\x94 even on projects with fast turnaround times.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
Must haves:

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for software.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in interaction design, product design, or UX, or equivalent practical experience
• A highly collaborative nature and proven ability to work through both early concepts and detailed deliverables
• Proficiency in working through early concepts, defining flows, and delivering crafted, polished, and accessible designs
• Ability to work quickly and nimbly while collaborating directly with cross-functional teams
• Ability to take ownership, provide mentorship to others in the team, lead by example
• Deep understanding of interaction design patterns, a critical eye for typography and layout, ability to use UX writing effectively, and a strong point of view backed by sound rationale
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem space and proposed solution and adapting the narrative to meet the needs of different recipients
• Experience designing responsive and accessible UI for web applications
• Experience designing and launching powerful yet Clientive products

Nice-to-haves:

• Understanding of developer tools, frontend basics and designer-developer hand offs
• Prior experience crafting products for designers, artists, and other creatives
• Prior experience crafting design strategy for platform experiences and design systems
• Deep knowledge around and passion for accessible and inclusive design
• Experience designing for AI/Client-driven products
• First-hand experience in a creative field other than software design (illustration, video editing, 3D-rendering, visual effects, publishing, etc.)
