Attend the walk-in customers, assess client needs effectively and address needs through prompt and timely services. Generate leads for sales of residential units. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing the lead. Ensure booking amount is collected as per the booking terms. Assist customer to secure bank loan and ensure timely disbursement from bank. To update all the customer data and transactions in C4C. Channel Partner engagement and generating new leads. Close collaboration with other functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction. * Other related works assigned to you by senior authorities.
