Key Responsibility:-
(1)Should have sound knowledge of statutory compliance and must be capable of independently handling statutory audits as per the requirements of various principal employers.
(2) Should be knowledge about new PT registration and submission to concerned authority.
(3) Should be knowledge about ESIC benefits, generation of new ESI no and remittance of monthly dues.
(4) Should have knowledge about Leave, Bonus, LWF & Gratuity.
(5) Must be aware about how to prepare compliance register under labour laws.
(6) Assist in pay roll processing and other routine task.
