Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with
doctors, healthcare providers, hospitals, and diagnostic centers
.
Successfully onboard doctors and ensure smooth collaboration for business growth.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to support promotional initiatives and product positioning.
Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Participate in industry events, conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings to represent and promote the company.
Create and execute marketing plans for the assigned territory to maximize visibility and revenue.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in
diagnostic sales
(mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of local healthcare/diagnostic market in Kolkata is preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
