Job Description

Oversee the expedient sale of units within the designated project. 2. Deliver precise and pertinent information regarding unit/project pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications through site visits, while addressing customer inquiries via telephone and email within stipulated timeframes. 3. Collaborate with back-office, legal, and accounts departments to streamline documentation processes and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns. 4. Administer existing payment collections and ensure their timely execution. 5. Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with prospective and current clients to foster referrals and achieve sales objectives. 6. Consistently update client and sales data on the Salesforce platform daily.
