We are looking for Sr. Executive/ Assistant/ Associate Manager - HR for our International School and Junior colleges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions (from job posting to onboarding).
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Prepare and update job descriptions for various roles.
Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, campus drives, referrals, agencies, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule further rounds with the academic/administrative heads.
Conduct background checks and verify documents of selected candidates.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring dashboards.
Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports for management review.
Support the onboarding and induction process of new hires.
Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and institutional policies during recruitment.
Preferred candidate profile:
Applicant must be Post graduate in MBA/MHRM/PGDM from any reputed College/ University
Good communication skills with tech savvy
3-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the education sector (CBSE/Junior College).
