We are making significant strategic investments that will not only decrease our own environmental footprint, but also help customers adapt to long-term environmental and social change through the development of cleaner, greener solutions.We are looking for an experienced Sr. Executive, Warehouse, Logistics & CSR based in Mumbai (India).The position will be overall responsibility of Warehousing, Logistics & CSRand the person will be Managing Customer Orders in co-ordination with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer complaint (material return) & AR Management. Taking charge of Stock Management (Inward/Outward/ Block / Expiry/ Disposal), along with managing Warehouse & Transporters Agreement & Renewal.Essential Job Functions:Warehouse & Logistics:

• Transportation Arrangements for Haz & Non Haz Chemicals on daily requirements, ensuring timely deliveries meeting customer requirements.
• Verifying and processing Vendor bills (WH & Logistics) for payments release.
• Ensure legal and EHS compliance on Transportation & Warehouse.
• Inventory Management, SMOG (Slow Moving) analysis for disposal or pushing for sales.
• Timely release of Inward material QI release and blocked in case variance due to Quality, leakage, damage and so on.
• Handling PR (Demand Planning with approvals), Service Entry & GRN entry.
• Maintain MIS on Inventory & dispatch status as per guidelines.
• Managing Labels, Packing Material stock with MIS records.
• Participating in Warehouse Monthly Stocktake at warehouse, maintaining records with resolution/ reasoning for any deviation reported in stocktake.
• Strictly follow, maintain & timely update SOPs, with approvals inplace.
• Maintain KPI for vendors (Transporter & Warehouse).

Sample Management:

• Managing Sample orders based on customer requirements.
• Maintaining stock and arranging for dispatch of samples.
• Customer code creation based on sample requirements.
• Ensuring SFDC approvals are inplace.

Customer Service:

• Customer code creation, Price update, review and verify Customer PO as per terms & conditions, Sales order entry: ensure SO are correct and compliant with all details (Promptly enter in SAP system and issue OA to customer).
• Managing customer portal for PO release and ASN update.
• Ensure timely despatches to customer and maintain OTIF/ MSL as per company guidelines by issuing delivery orders to warehouse. Dispatch details to customer.
• Act as representative of customer in organisation and coordinate with other departments for timely availability of the material.
• Generate weekly/Monthly MIS and update Sales/SCM
• Customer complaints entry in SAP as per company guidelines.
• Follow-up for AR with customers.
• Participate in SNOP & Weekly meetings with Business for regular transaction status.
• Conversant with INCO terms and Insurance claim settlement/ LC transactions/ International Trade.
• Others:
• Handling internal & external audit requirements.
• Monthly review of records maintenance at Warehouse i.e. tax invoice, e-way bill & L/R copy for direct and virtual dispatch.
• Involvement in SAP projects.
• Perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education should be Graduate / Bachelor any discipline preferably Commerce /Engineering etc.
• 5-6 years' experience in similar kind of role.
• Believes in continuous learning and implementation while working for better productivity
• Understands business requirement and aligns accordingly
• Acts as a go to person for other team members.
• Anticipate customer requirement especially on prompt communication and act accordingly.
• Continuously strive to achieve goal by following KPI and deadlines of the project. Ensure completion in all respects.
• Take initiative in all the activities and lead from front and achieve set results.
