About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Developer / Video Editor to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This role is focused on creating impactful learning materials and training content to support internal employee development -- not social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and Develop Learning & Training Content
Create onboarding, compliance, and instructional videos
Build video tutorials, process walk-throughs, and policy explainers
Ensure content is engaging, easy to understand, and aligned with training goals
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in video editing/content creation within an L&D or corporate training environment
Strong storytelling and editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
Ability to understand training objectives and translate them into compelling visual content
A good sense of pacing, clarity, and design suited for internal corporate audiences
Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
