Operational Management o Manage inbound, outbound, and cross-dock operations. o Ensure accurate scanning, sorting, and timely movement of shipments. o Monitor adherence to TAT and cut-off timelines. 2 . People Management o Supervise hub staff, drivers, and handling teams. o Allocate resources effectively to manage peak and non-peak volumes. o Conduct regular team briefings and ensure compliance with safety standards. 3. Process & Compliance o Ensure 100% compliance to operational SOPs. o Monitor weight, volumetric checks, and shipment handling standards. o Maintain documentation and support audits. Customer & Stakeholder Management o Coordinate with network, line haul, and client teams for smooth operations. o Provide timely updates on exceptions or delays. o Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution. Performance & Cost Control o Track KPIs like on-time departure, on time unloading , vehicle utilization, and cost per shipment. o Reduce damages, losses, and reprocessing through strict control. o Optimize manpower and vendor resources. 4. Skills & Qualifications: o Graduate with 4-6 years of logistics / hub operations experience. o Strong knowledge of hub & line haul processes. o Good communication and team management skills. o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. o Basic knowledge of TMS systems.
