The Regional Trainer will be responsible for all L&D-related activities in his region. He/she will be responsible for conducting all classroom training including NHIP and refresher and he will ensure the success of all physical and digital learning-related activities. He will visit the branch, train the branch staff in the field and branches
Conducting product and process trainings for the region including NHIP, Refresher, Branch Level Trainings
Managing and updating MIS for trainings conducted
To ensure 100% training coverage
Training Coordination and Training Need Analysis
Contribution to content creation
Development plan execution for selected employees
Skills and Qualifications Must be Graduate Support on-boarding of new employees Excellent verbal and written communication skills , familiar with making presentations Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Power Point. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 922,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
