Job Acquisition: Source and secure jobs, contracts, and projects for candidates by building relationships with clients, casting directors, and industry professionals.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, fees, and usage rights on behalf of candidates, ensuring fair and favourable agreements that align with industry standards.
Promotion and Marketing: Create and implement effective promotional strategies to enhance the visibility and marketability of candidates, including online presence, social media campaigns, and networking opportunities.
Industry Networking & Collaboration: Attend industry events, fashion shows, and trade shows to expand professional networks, build relationships, and identify potential opportunities for candidates.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing castings and auditions, and maintaining accurate records and contracts.
Professional Ethics: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines, acting in the best interest of candidates and always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
