Job Overview

This candidate will be a handy studio operator resource who will help the brand marketing team with churning out volume of static & video creatives. The person will be an important support in all the brand marketing campaigns both digital & offline in delivering multiple creative adapts, formats and specs. The candidate should have experience in delivering files that are ready to print offline collaterals like standies, posters, OOH etc. as well as digital banners.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize DTP software (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create, format, and edit various desktop publishing tasks.
• Create and format documents, brochures, and other designing material.
• Arrange text, graphics, and images according to brand layout guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, formatting, and typography throughout all materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to implement creative solutions
• Requires hard work, imagination and intelligence of mind and adaptability to follow difficult time schedules.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain an organized archive of digital files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance DTP skills and efficiency.

Skills & Attributes

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Ability to create video adapts and proficiency to use software like Premier Pro and After Effects
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
• Agile - quick turnaround of creatives and adapts
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Work Experience

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Desktop Publishing Operator preferably in airline/ecommerce/travel sectors

Qualification

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent from recognised university
