Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Mechnaical /Electrcial Engineering/ B.com with 8-9 years for experience.

Warehouse/Stores management experience is mandatory.

Strong hands-on experience on SAP modules for warehouse and inventory management is expected.

Proficient in MS office applications.

Ability to work with cross functional teams and also with external team members from Vendors.

Job responsibility:

Responsible and accountable for the total inventory in stores.

Keep complete stock of Stores inventory on real time basis.

Manage inward /outward activities of material in holding stores.

Perform perpetual inventory on planned basis and highlights the reasons for the gaps if any.

Perform SAP transactions for material postings in line with receipt and issuance of material.

Perform Stock audits on regular basis.

Prepare MIS for stores KPI viz. Kit issue rate/ kit hit rate/ kit issue time.

Identify gaps and align for corrections in SAP BOM with engineering team if any.

Maintain 5S in stores area and ideate for improving the material storage and capacity planning of Stores area.

Accountable for the adherence of Safety requirements in Stores area.
