Centuary Fibre Plates Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Store Executive

to manage and oversee the inventory, stock control, and supply chain activities at our Unit III, Khordha location. The role requires excellent organizational skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a strong commitment to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in store operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely updates in the inventory management system. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Store Operations:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders. Safeguard and store raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts systematically. Ensure timely issuance of materials to production teams.

Procurement Coordination:

Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary materials. Communicate with vendors regarding supply schedules and quality concerns.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain proper records of receipts, issues, and returns of materials. Prepare and share periodic inventory reports with management. Ensure compliance with statutory and company-specific documentation requirements.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free store environment. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials. Comply with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree or above 2-5 years of experience in store management, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Proficiency in inventory management software

SAP and MS Office

applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
