Identify and target new business opportunities in industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, power generation, and marine.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, end-users, EPC contractors, and distributors.
Promote and sell a wide range of gasket sealing materials including non-metallic, metallic, spiral wound gaskets, and custom sealing solutions.
Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate gasket solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Responsibility :
