Job Description

Role: Senior Executive - Sales



Key Roles and Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Business Development



Support the regional business head in developing and implementing strategic sales plans. Identify and engage with key and potential clients to understand market needs and generate new business opportunities. Track competitor activities and maintain a comprehensive database of competitors and customers

Performance Monitoring & Analysis



Collect and analyze performance data related to sales, revenue, and client acquisition. Conduct budget vs actual analysis and identify performance gaps. Prepare action plans for improvement in critical areas and ensure follow-up with business managers.

Client Relationship Management



Conduct client meetings to address concerns, understand requirements, and build long-term relationships. Participate in client meetings and document action points for execution.

Operational Coordination



Collaborate with business line managers to review project and sales progress. Track and follow up on implementation plans, reporting progress to the Regional General Manager (RGM). Support the preparation of procedures and processes for sales transactions.

Reporting & Dashboard Management



Monitor sales performance, revenue tracking, and credit status. Update dashboards with sales KPIs and other relevant data for senior management review.

Market Intelligence



Develop and maintain tools and reports for capturing market trends and insights. Use market intelligence to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Process Improvement



Identify process gaps and recommend improvements using design thinking. Assist in the implementation of best practices and efficiency enhancements across the sales cycle.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Responsibilities:



Adhere strictly to BV's Cardinal Safety Rules at all times. Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to line managers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
