Sr. Executive (Sales) - (Electricals & Electronics - Busduct) - 4+ Years - BangaloreLocation - BangaloreWe are hiring for a Sr. Executive - Sales to join the Electricals & Electronics division. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sandwich busduct systems, with proven experience in market development, customer management, and driving sales across the domestic market. This is a high-impact role involving key account management, channel partner development, and project execution.Your Future Employer -
A highly respected organization in the engineering and electrical solutions space, known for innovation, sustainable practices, and excellence in project delivery.Responsibilities - * Achieving assigned sales targets for sandwich busduct products

• Mapping new markets, generating enquiries, and managing product approvals
• Handling key accounts and empaneling with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Appointing and managing channel partners/agents across India
• Executing the full project lifecycle - from enquiry to operational and financial closure
• Preparing proposals, ensuring technical/commercial accuracy, and converting orders
• Conducting sales promotions and tracking competitor and pricing insights
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships
• Participating in initiatives related to IMS, PMO, Kaizen, and Business Excellence

Requirements -Essential: * Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sandwich busduct sales
• Technical and commercial tendering knowledge
• Willingness to travel extensively across designated regions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD / SolidWorks and related tools

Preferred: * Installation and commissioning experience with busduct systems

• Technically sound and self-driven to perform in high-demand environments
