Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-focused
Senior Executive - Relationship Management
to nurture and manage relationships with our existing clients. This role involves regular client communication, addressing their needs, providing consistent support, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Maintain consistent communication through calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.
Understand client requirements and provide timely resolutions to their queries or concerns.
Offer ongoing support including product/service updates, renewals, and post-sales assistance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Foster long-term, trust-based client relationships.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling financial products based on client needs.
Maintain detailed client records, interaction logs, and feedback reports.
Share periodic performance reports (monthly/quarterly) and conduct review discussions with clients.
Drive client satisfaction and promote retention through value-driven engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong understanding of
Mutual Funds, Stocks, Insurance, and other financial products
