with a strong background in healthcare domain hiring. This is a
sourcing-focused role
based in
Ambattur, Chennai
, responsible for identifying, screening, and headhunting from the US healthcare sector. The role does
not involve candidate calls
-- your primary responsibility will be to identify suitable profiles and share them with the US-based recruitment team for further engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen resumes for a wide range of non-IT roles in the
US healthcare domain
(Doctors, nurses, healthcare administrators, medical staff, etc.).
Use job boards, databases, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates.
Headhunt and map talent for niche or hard-to-fill positions across the healthcare industry.
Evaluate candidates' experience and alignment with job requirements.
Maintain an organized pipeline of sourced profiles and submit them to the US recruitment team in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with US-based recruiters to understand specific requirements and feedback on candidate submissions.
Stay updated with healthcare hiring trends, job market insights, and sourcing best practices.
Requirements:
8-10 years of experience
in US recruitment, with a strong focus on

Proven expertise in
sourcing and headhunting
