Facility & Vendor Coordination
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall ambience of the reception and common areas.
Coordinate with facility management, security, housekeeping, and vendor teams.
Security & Compliance
Oversee security arrangements including CCTV, access control, and guard deployment.
Liaise with authorities to comply with fire safety, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
Travel & Logistics
Arrange domestic & international travel, including tickets, accommodation, and visa processing.
Oversee courier services and logistics support.
Budget & Procurement
Prepare and manage administrative budgets effectively.
Ensure cost control and optimize expenditures for admin-related activities.
Team Leadership & Onboarding
Lead the admin team including housekeeping, security, and office support staff.
Oversee onboarding processes such as workstation setup, issuance of ID cards, and distribution of welcome kits.
Records & Filing Systems
Ensure maintenance of both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
Required Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in commerce or related field.
2-5 years of experience in office administration, front desk management, or facilities management.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
