To conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods or stability samples.
To calibrate, validate, or maintain laboratory equipment.
To compile laboratory test data and perform appropriate analyses as per STP.
To complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks / inventory forms.
Evaluate analytical methods and procedures to determine how they might be improved.
Identify quality problems and recommend solutions.
To interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
Investigate and report questionable test results.
Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods and protocols.
Ensure 100% chemical compliance to standards through scheduled checks and recommend corrective actions.
Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions.
Undertake corrective action on quality of raw materials and packaging with Material Management department
Train Lab Assistants to perform Lab tests
He should aware about audit related all documentation and its records activities.
Preparation of Certificate of analysis (COA) and reporting to QC Manager.
Knowledge of Oracle Documentation is preferable.
Knowledge of an application of optical brightening agents on paper/textile for Whiteness, brightnes etc. is preferable.
