We are seeking a proactive and articulate Pre-Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving customer engagement and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in reputed organizations. Experience in real estate or financial services sectors is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
? Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries.
? Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.
? Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
? Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
? Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
? Represent the brand professionally and uphold service excellence at all times.
? Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations when required.
Key Requirements:
? Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
? Experience: Minimum 4 years of pre-sales experience in a reputed organization.
? Industry: Preference for candidates from real estate or financial services (e.g., American
Express, banking, insurance).
? Location: Willingness to work full-time from the Songbirds Sales Office.
? Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
? Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent in follow-up and communication.
