We are seeking a proactive and articulate Pre-Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving customer engagement and supporting the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in pre-sales roles, preferably in reputed organizations. Experience in real estate or financial services sectors is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries.
Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
Maintain updated records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
Represent the brand professionally and uphold service excellence at all times.
Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations when required.
Key Requirements:
Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of pre-sales experience in a reputed organization.
Industry: Preference for candidates from real estate or financial services (e.g., American
Express, banking, insurance).
Location: Willingness to work full-time from the Songbirds Sales Office.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent in follow-up and communication.
Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
