Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Manage campaign budgets to achieve CPL, CTR, and ROI targets.
3. Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies & landing pages.
4. Track, analyze & report campaign performance with actionable insights.
5. Coordinate with design, content & product teams for effective marketing.
6. Stay updated with the latest digital & performance marketing trends.
Required Skills & Competencies
1. Strong expertise in Performance Marketing & Digital Ads.
2. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, remarketing.
3. Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
4. Knowledge of conversion tracking, funnels & retargeting.
5. Data-driven with proven ability to optimize campaigns for leads & conversions.
Qualifications
1. Any Graduate (Male/Female) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
2. EdTech/education industry experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
