Plan, execute & scale paid campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic)
focused on sales & conversions.
Optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV using audience
segmentation & retargeting.
Manage
₹80 Lac.+ monthly
ad budget with detailed reporting & performance tracking.
Leverage GA, Meta BM, and A/B testing to enhance funnel efficiency.
Collaborate with creative teams for ad optimization & CRO.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in
D2C/E-commerce performance marketing.
Expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and programmatic buying
.
Strong analytical skills; hands-on with Google Analytics & Excel.
Proven ability to run high-budget, ROI-positive campaigns.
