Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate inventories of all materials and supplies within the organization. Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure adequate availability and avoid overstock or shortages. Liaise with suppliers for timely deliveries and negotiate favorable terms. Use inventory management software to track and manage material movements and utilization. Work closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to forecast material needs. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Generate and maintain detailed reports on material flow, inventory adjustments, and utilization trends. Conduct periodic inventory audits and implement best practices for data integrity and compliance. Disptach

Key Tasks and Duties

Review and process purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. Verify the quality and specifications of incoming materials against order requirements. Support cost-saving initiatives and develop strategies to reduce material-related expenses. Promote sustainable practices in material handling and resource usage. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, protection, and FIFO/LIFO application. Address supply chain disruptions or delays and provide effective solutions. Participate in team meetings to review and improve planning and dispatch processes.

Qualifications & Experience (Optional - Add if Required)

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. 7 years of relevant experience in material planning and dispatch. Proficient in inventory and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
