Conduct market research to identify trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
Plan seasonal campaigns, festival promotions, and showroom events to drive footfall and sales.
Support branding activities across digital, print, and outdoor media.
2. Digital Marketing
Manage digital marketing activities: social media pages, Google ads, SEO, website content updates.
Coordinate product photoshoots, videos, and creative content with designers/creatives.
Monitor online engagement and analyze campaign performance.
3. Retail & Showroom Marketing
Plan in-store promotions, displays, and product merchandising activities.
Ensure brand consistency in all retail outlets/showrooms.
Support showroom managers with marketing materials, display boards, samples, brochures, etc.
Conduct customer engagement activities and maintain brand visibility.
4. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
Plan and execute lead-generation campaigns for retail customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
Collaborate with sales team to convert leads into sales.
Maintain a customer database and support CRM activities.
5. Branding & Public Relations
Develop marketing collaterals: catalogues, brochures, banners, standees, product cards.
Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Build partnerships with influencers, architects, and channel partners.
6. Reporting & Analysis
Track ROI for marketing activities and campaigns.
Prepare marketing performance reports, budgets, and improvement recommendations.
Maintain competitor analysis reports.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of retail marketing (preferably in wood, furniture, or interiors).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook/Instagram ads, SEO, Google Analytics).
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in wood/interior/furniture industry.
Experience in managing retail campaigns and digital activities.
Work Environment
Office-based with regular visits to sites/ production unit, vendors, and events.
Coordination with marketing agencies, printing vendors, and creative teams.
