Purpose of the Job

To identify, acquire, and retain clients by pitching Sakal Media's innovative advertising and marketing solutions, while ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across print, digital, and events. The role is responsible for driving brand visibility, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and pitch to potential clients, showcasing Sakal Media's ad solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. Prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Coordinate with editorial, design, and digital teams for flawless campaign execution. Drive brand visibility through events, activations, and sponsorships. Deliver customized media solutions tailored to client needs. Plan and execute campaigns across print, digital, and events. Support corporate PR and manage engaging social media campaigns. Provide strategic insights and feedback for future campaign improvements.

Required and Desired Skills & Experience

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.

Experience:

3-4 years of experience in marketing, media sales, or advertising solutions. Prior experience in media/print/digital industry preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of digital marketing tools & platforms. Strong presentation and proposal-making skills.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship management. Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas. Team collaboration and multitasking abilities.
