We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Executive / Manager - Procurement to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing the procurement process, ensuring that all sourcing and purchasing activities align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement management, supply chain management, and contract negotiation, with proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS.
Key Responsibilities:
Procure products across multiple categories (Apparels, Tech, Drinkware, White Goods, Bags, Gourmet, etc.) as per organizational requirements.
Negotiate rates and manage procurement orders to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal teams and multiple vendors to ensure smooth procurement and customization of products.
Establish new vendor relationships across categories for better product variety and cost efficiency.
Oversee product modifications, branding, and packaging as per team demands.
Ensure quality control through supervision and track orders from source to delivery.
Manage billing formalities and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely final payments.
Stay updated with market trends and suggest new products for sourcing to meet team and customer requirements.
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in procurement, especially in the gifting, rewards, or loyalty industry, is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing experience across a wide range of product categories.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and presentations.
