Position:Sr. Executive Maintenance
Location:Umbergaon - Vapi
Experience:5 - 7 Years
Industries:Medical Devices & Equipment
Responsibilities:

• Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
• Responding to emergencies
• Repairing equipment and testing repairs
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
• Diagnose breakdown problems
• Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components
• Creating maintenance procedures
• Monitor and control maintenance costs
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
• Keeping records of faults and repairs
• Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning Guidelines
• Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of Breakdowns
• Maintenance and operation of the transformer,HT,LT,VCB and ACB
• Working with AC and DC drivers and recognizing faults and the proper course of action.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of safety norms (ISO/OSHA) & maintenance, instrumentation and electrical systems and equipments
• Communication (written & verbal), People Management, Coordination skills, Planning,
• Learning skills, Delegation Skills, Operations analysis, Problem Solving

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical
Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
