Job Description

• Responsible to maintenance spare regular parts, Responsible for the maintenance of DG and compressor
• Zero Machine Break Downs and Mechanical Maintenance break down responsibilities.
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics problem solving knowledge.
• Robots & PLC troubleshooting & Problem solving
• Yaskawa & Fanuc robot troubleshooting & problem solving
• PLC - Mistibushi & Delta troubleshooting & problem solving
• Electrical Panel control wiring
• Maintenance & troubleshoot of welding fixture, pipe bending tools, Flaring & squeezing tools.
• Handle breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, CBM, TBM and predictive maintenance of the machines.
• Knowledge of Audits like IATF 16949, EHS, Momentum of India
• Hands on experience of welding shop equipment such as MIG welding robot, CNC pipe bending machine, Leakage testing machine, SPM machines, MIG welding machine of Fronius and OTC make.
