Sr Executive Logistics- Freight Cost Audit & Settlement

Freight Invoice Auditing:

Manage and conduct detailed audits of transport invoices, identify and resolve extra costs caused by transport service providers (domestic, export, and import shipments) to identify failure reasons, ensure payment accuracy, and facilitate timely resolution and cost recovery.

Dispute Prevention & Cost Optimization:

Drive improvements to minimize future transport disputes and identify opportunities for cost savings. Implement information-based optimization potentials, including pre- and post-processing, in alignment with superior before execution.

Stakeholder Communication:

Continuous collaboration with internal departments (e.g., transport planning, transport procurement) and external partners to facilitate efficient communication between transport providers and internal teams to enhance operational transparency and efficiency.

Ad-hoc Problem Solving:

Independent development of concrete ad-hoc problem solutions (depending on the situation and current daily requirements).

Contract Compliance:

Support the management team (local and EMEA) by providing detailed reports and verifying compliance with contracts.

Audit & Accountability:

Spearhead initiatives to improve audit processes and tools, contributing to stronger financial oversight and vendor accountability.

Work Experience: 5+ Years of experience. Special Skills: Strong in Communication, Knowledge of SAP, Experience of Invoice processing
