Ensure proper categorization, filing, and organization of these records within the internal repository systems.
Regularly verify and reconcile circulars, audit reports, and inspection letters with the internal repository to ensure consistency and completeness of records.
Track and report on compliance-related deadlines, actions, and audit schedules.
Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly MIS reports.
Ensure the internal repository system for circulars, audits, agreements and related documents to it is regularly updated and accurate.
Provide general administrative support to the legal and compliance team of GRC, including document management and filing.
Support the team with any ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the department.
