Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Support job postings across various platforms and help screen applications.
Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via emails and calls.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience.
Research industry trends and suggest innovative recruitment approaches.
Support employer branding initiatives on social media and other platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Interest in talent acquisition and a passion for recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media platforms and recruitment tools is a plus.
