Senior HR Executive

to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, payroll coordination, and employee life cycle management. Plan, organize, and conduct

campus recruitment drives across India (December - March)

in collaboration with educational institutions. Drive

employee engagement initiatives

, cultural programs, and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace environment. Support performance management processes, HR policies, and compliance requirements. Act as a trusted HR partner for employees, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field. 3-6 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a corporate setup. Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, and campus recruitment. Willingness to travel extensively for

nationwide campus drives

. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Immediate availability to join.
