Role Overview
We are looking for an
Executive / Senior Executive - HR
to manage end-to-end HR operations and support organizational growth through strong people processes, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
Manage onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience
Conduct structured induction programs
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage statutory compliances (ESI, PF, Gratuity, Labour Laws)
Coordinate with external consultants for filings and audits
Maintain HR documentation and compliance records
Payroll & Compensation
Coordinate monthly payroll processing
Handle Full & Final settlements, bonuses, gratuity, and leave encashments
Performance & Employee Lifecycle
Support appraisal, IJP, and PIP processes
Manage exits, exit interviews, and offboarding formalities
Track attrition and support retention initiatives
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee grievances professionally
Plan engagement activities, celebrations, and feedback initiatives
HRMS & Records
Maintain employee data in HRMS
Ensure accuracy, documentation, and data confidentiality
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs
Maintain training records and feedback
Insurance & Asset Management
Manage employee insurance enrollment, claims, and renewals
Track issuance and return of employee assets
HR Budgeting
Assist in preparing annual HR budgets related to salaries, training, and welfare
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA HR / MSW preferred)
2-4 years of HR operations experience (depending on role level)
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR processes
Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
Experience with HRMS and MS Office
