Independently manage and process payroll for multiple entities and locations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Validate employees' investment proof documents to accurately compute tax liabilities.
Prepare and submit quarterly and annual Salary TDS returns.
Issue Form 16 to employees within statutory timelines.
Manage HR operations, including onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
Support HR compliance, audits, and documentation as required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
